Villa Vac45 with pool
Vac45 is a spacious villa with a private swimming pool, not far from the sea.
This lovely villa comprises two floors.
The entrance hall leads into the large lounge/dining room. The lounge has a nice lounge suite in front of an open fire place and TV set.
The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the terrace.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (with single beds), sharing one bathroom.
There is a guest toilet in the entrance hall.
The lounge opens onto the partly covered terrace with a dining suite for al fresco dining. Five steps lead down to the garden and swimming pool. The rectangular pool has a built-in paddling pool. Next to the pool is the bbq.
The villa has a lot of privacy and is located in a cul-de-sac.

Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a beautiful en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a lovely terrace with nice views of garden, pool and surroundings. From this terrace you have access to the nice roof top terrace.
